Request Account Deletion
If you'd like to delete your Campus Biz account and associated data, follow the steps below.
- Send an email to our support address below from the email you used to register your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered email address and, if available, your account/business name so we can locate your account.

Your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 business days of a verified request.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your business listings, images, and quick sells
- Your comments, likes, and activity history
- Your notification preferences and device tokens
What may be retained
- Transaction records required for financial/legal compliance (e.g. completed payments), retained only as long as legally required
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you
